With that said, we have spent the last 5 years building a good product that was hyper-focused on the investigative space. In March of 2026, with our latest release, we believe we have a great product with leadership functionality and features. Our marketing is solely based on building a great product.
Today, we can be a one-stop shop for software, implementation, and continuous service. 95% of our clients are state and local governments with investigative or prosecutorial functions. We only use full-time W-2 employees for our core functions: product development, implementation, and support, which provides complete accountability to ourselves and to our clients.
In summary, we are striving to be the best in quality. We also strive to be the best in support. We want to be considered highly responsive and quick to solve. To that end, we have a caring organization built on solid processes and structure.
